j.datko: I am a student, artist, costumer, and all-around creative gal residing in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Currently collaborating with blogger and author Brit Mandelo on a comic named "The Ghost Machine" that we are both stressing way too much over.

Biggest inspirations include: Alphonse Mucha, Neil Gaiman, George R R Martin, Damien Rice, Edward Gorey, Rasputina, Explosions in the sky & other post-rock music, Junko Mizuno, urban legends&folklore, the victorian era, Molly Crabapple, Emily Dickinson, HP Lovecraft, old buildings&urban decay, Dave McKean, and all those people & experiences I have been privileged to have in my life.
